Susan is responsible for leading the strategy development and implementation of McDonald's quality assurance, food safety, and nutrition policies and programs. She also manages the McDonald's Sensory Quality Center, and supports new product development and product improvement initiatives.

Her previous roles include working with McDonald's Asia Pacific operations, and co-ordinating supply chain management across 12 countries. Susan holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from Northwestern University.

Director of Nutrition

As a registered and licensed dietitian, Cindy's primary focus is to oversee the progression of McDonald's nutrition plan, and provide nutritional science expertise in developing the U.S. Menu.

Cindy has served as a consultant to the American Dietetic Association, and as a faculty member for the Culinary Institute of America and the Harvard School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education. She holds a PhD and MBA from the University of Iowa, an M.S. (Double Major) in Food Science, Human Nutrition and Family and Consumer Sciences, and a B.S. in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from Iowa State University.

U.S. Nutrition and Labeling Manager

Julia is responsible for the accuracy and accessibility of the nutrition and ingredient information for all McDonald's products sold in the U.S. She plays a critical role in maintaining McDonald's U.S.A.'s compliance with nutrition and ingredient legislation.

Julia is a Registered Dietician and holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina. She previously held research positions at the Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention in Chapel Hill N.C., as well as the National Center for Food Safety and Technology in Summit, IL.
